Nicholas Hamel, CPA, currently serves as Conseiller principal, Analyse des investissements at Desjardins since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Senior Account Manager focused on the technology industry at BDC from August 2022 to October 2025. Nicholas's experience also includes serving as Team Lead - Deal Desk & Reporting and Financial Analyst at Coveo from March 2021 to August 2022, and Finance Manager at Bell from September 2018 to March 2021, where participation in the Bell Graduate Leadership Program as a Campus Ambassador occurred. Nicholas began a career in auditing as an intern at Deloitte Canada from September 2015 to April 2017. Educationally, Nicholas earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Université de Sherbrooke in 2019, following a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Accounting from the same institution, completed in 2017.
