Ioannis Mastigopoulos

Ioannis Mastigopoulos has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Ioannis started their career as an Administrator-Assistant Manager at E-Global internet cafe in 2007 and then worked as a Freelance Audio Visual Technician at Margaritidis Audio Visual from 2005 to 2010.

In 2008, they served as an Assistant Manager, Agent, and Web Administrator at Circo Entertainment until November 2009.

From November 2010 to September 2011, Ioannis worked as a Sales Assistant at Superdry.

Ioannis then joined Apple in October 2011 and held multiple roles, including Specialist, QA/UAT Tester, iOS Business Systems Analyst, Mentor, Workshop Facilitator, and IS&T Champion, until August 2016.

In 2016, they worked as a Solutions Engineer at Cortexica Vision Systems from September 2016 to July 2017.

From May 2019 to May 2021, Ioannis served as a Product Owner at Kaizen Gaming (Stoiximan/Betano).

In January 2022, they became a Fellow - Product Management at On Deck and continued until September 2022.

From May 2021 to April 2023, they worked at Beat as a Product Manager and then as a Senior Product Manager.

Currently, Ioannis is employed as a Senior Product Manager at deskbird, starting in February 2023.

Ioannis Mastigopoulos has a diverse education history. Ioannis completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma (equivalent to an HND) in Software Engineering from the Sindos Institute of Professional training in Greece, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Their educational journey began at the University of Oxford, where they received a Certificate in First Certificate in Computing from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Ioannis also holds two additional certifications. Ioannis obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM iX in April 2020. In October 2019, they achieved the PSPO I certification from Scrum.org.
