Shaik Mahaboob Basha has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shaik Mahaboob is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at BlueSecures- India & APAC, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, from April 2020 to April 2021, they worked as the Head of Engineering at Gravity iLabs.

From 2017 to 2019, Shaik Mahaboob Basha worked at iPRIMED Education Solutions Private Ltd. Shaik Mahaboob held the role of Technology Head from April 2018 to June 2019 and worked as a Technical Delivery Manager from August 2017 to March 2018.

Before that, they worked at Riyad Bank from 2013 to 2016, where they served as an IT Solutions Delivery Portfolio Manager from December 2014 to September 2016, and as a Senior Project Manager from November 2013 to December 2014.

Shaik Mahaboob Basha started their professional journey at Ramco Systems in 2000. Shaik Mahaboob worked as a Systems Analyst from July 2002 to March 2004 and as a Program Analyst from November 2000 to July 2002.

Their earliest work experience was at Ciftech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where they served as a Software Engineer from May 1999 to October 2000.

Shaik Mahaboob Basha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree at Andhra University from 1995 to 1998, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Shaik Mahaboob Basha has also acquired several certifications. Shaik Mahaboob obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in June 2009.
