Marius Jarzyna

Marius Jarzyna has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Marius began their career at BEMA Consulting as a Branch Manager and Key Account Manager. In 2007, they moved to Adecco as a Branch Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant for IT. In 2010, they joined Robert Half International as a Manager. In 2011, they started at Hays as a Senior Teamleader for F&A Experts in the area of Mannheim, Stuttgart and Munich. In 2014, they worked at an HR Recruiting/Staffing Business as an Area Sales Manager. In 2015, they began working at Connect44 as a Managing Director, Country Manager Germany, and Sales Manager Germany. In 2019, they became the Managing Director at Connect44 Kabelbau GmbH and the Founder and CEO at DeskNow GmbH, where they were a Business Mentor and Co-Founder to an ambitious young team. In 2020, they joined Mentoring Club as a Mentor, and in 2022 they became a Co-Founder at SecNow.

Marius Jarzyna attended the Höhere Handelsschule Gladbeck from 1995 to 1997, where they achieved their Fachhochschulreife. Marius then attended the Hans-Böckler-Berufskolleg Marl from 1997 to 1999, where they achieved their Industriekaufmann.
