Fernando Piccirillo

Fernando Piccirillo has extensive experience in engineering and technology, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Despegar.com since August 2009, following roles as Development Manager and in Calidad, Gestion y Performance. Prior to this, Fernando held the position of Product Technology Specialist at Microsoft from September 2006 to July 2009 and was the Leader of the Integration Area at DATCO from August 2005 to July 2009. Earlier career highlights include roles as Principal Consultant at both Thales Information Systems and Movistar, External Consultant at ALGOLIQ, and Developer/Analyst at IECISA and CASE. Fernando is pursuing education at Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas (Universidad CAECE) since 2010.
