Guillermo Martinez Minardi

Guillermo Martinez Minardi is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in Java development and engineering management. Since June 2013, Guillermo has held multiple roles at Despegar, progressing from Senior Java Developer to Engineering Manager and currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Guillermo worked as a Java Developer at Indra, contributing to the analysis, design, and development of new functionalities, and at TeraCode, everis, and Certant, where foundational skills were developed in software engineering. Guillermo holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, obtained between 2005 and 2011.
