Jaya Eadara is a seasoned professional in enterprise data engineering and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Data Engineering at Vail Resorts since August 2024. With prior experience as a Senior Manager at CoBank, Jaya has successfully developed comprehensive data product strategies and led diverse teams to align with organizational goals. Previous roles include leading risk analytics at Wells Fargo, developing enterprise data strategies at Zivaro, and enhancing BI architectures at SyncHR and Great-West Financial. Jaya's career encompasses roles in data modeling, visualization, and governance, combined with a strong technical foundation rooted in a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
