Lucila Gracia has extensive experience in tax compliance, currently serving as the Tax Compliance Regional Director at Despegar since May 2014, following roles as Sr Tax Compliance Manager, Regional Tax Leader, and Senior Tax Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Tax professional at Deloitte from October 2009 to May 2014, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams in the preparation of monthly tax declarations and assisting clients with tax collection and compliance matters. Lucila Gracia is pursuing an MBA at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, having previously earned a degree in Contador Público from the University of Buenos Aires.
