Paula Cristi

Paula Cristi has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as VP Air Partners and Country Manager for Argentina and Uruguay at Despegar.com since January 2003. Previously, Paula held the position of Commercial Director for Air Business and served in several roles including Commercial Manager and Product Manager at the same company. Prior to Despegar.com, Paula was a Senior Sales Professional at Ways Australia & New Zealand Tour Operator and a Senior Product Analyst at Travel Club. Earlier in Paula's career, experience was gained as a Sales Representative at Ways Australia & New Zealand Tour Operator. Paula completed studies at IAE Business School, earning a degree in Leadership, Conflict, and Courage in 2019 and additional education in 2017.
