Paula Viviana Cadena Martinez is an experienced engineering manager currently at Despegar since October 2021. Previously, Paula served as the Coordinadora de Seguridad de la Información at Viajes Falabella from September 2017 to October 2021 and held the roles of Analista Sénior de Continuidad de Negocio and Analista de control de calidad at Banco Falabella Colombia from February 2014 to August 2017. Paula's education includes training as an internal auditor in information security management systems (ISO 27001:2013) from SGS Academy and studies in data protection and accountability at both Universidad El Bosque and Universidad de Los Andes.
