Dery M. Vinholi

Dery M. Vinholi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Translation Department Project Manager at UNIVERSITY LANGUAGE CENTER, INC in 1997. In this role, they managed written translation projects for corporate clients and successfully added interpreting services to the product mix, increasing sales revenue.

From 2001 to 2002, Dery served as an Airline Program Manager - Language Proficiency Testing at UNIVERSITY LANGUAGE CENTER, INC, where they managed language proficiency testing for over 30 languages for four major airlines. They also served as a tester for Portuguese language proficiency and recruited and trained testers.

In 2002, Dery took on the role of Program Director - Language Enrichment Programs at UNIVERSITY LANGUAGE CENTER, INC. They worked closely with stakeholders and senior management to meet the program's strategic goals and objectives. Dery achieved significant milestones during their tenure, including increasing student enrollment from 36 students in 2007 to over 900 students per year. They also implemented changes to the program to attract more enrollments and introduced Pre-K and Summer Camp programs to enhance language acquisition opportunities for students.

In 2018, Dery joined Pentair Flow & Filtration Solutions as an International Customer Service Support Specialist. In this role, they supported $60MM in annual sales by providing international customer care and solutions to drive sales growth. They acted as the point of contact, facilitating information flow between customers and internal departments and offering insights into cultural expectations in business between Brazil and the United States.

Dery also has experience as an Outside Office Administrator specializing in Tax Services at Dery Vinholi from 2020 to 2022, and their current position is Customer Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist at Dessert Holdings, starting in 2022.

Dery M. Vinholi holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Metro State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Writing Headlines from LinkedIn in August 2020 and Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) from University of Saint Thomas - School of Business - Executive Education in August 2013.
