Paul Lapadat

Paul Lapadat is the Chief Executive Officer of Dessert Holdings, where a successful partnership with Gryphon Investors led to the creation of North America's leading premium dessert manufacturer, ultimately resulting in a sale to Bain Capital. With extensive experience in the food industry, Paul served on the Operating and Foundation Board of Children's Minnesota and previously held board positions at Inventure Foods, Inc. and ConAgra Foods. Additionally, Paul has played significant roles at Gryphon Investors and Flagstone Foods, driving the latter's growth to a lucrative sale to TreeHouse Foods. Notable positions include Group President/COO at ConAgra Foods and leadership roles at The Pillsbury Company, Kraft Foods, and General Mills. Paul earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
