Rosario San Martín Benard

Rosario San Martín Benard has over ten years of experience in Human Resources. Rosario began their career in 2008 as an HR Intern at Nestle. In 2010, they joined Groupon as an HR Generalist and was responsible for personnel recruitment and staff wellbeing projects. Rosario was later promoted to HR Specialist in Organizational Development and Training and was accountable for the performance appraisals process and coaching/leadership programs for line and middle managers. In 2013, they joined Danone as an HR Business Partner and was mainly responsible for recruitment and selection, performance and talent-management, learning & development, and internal communications. In 2017, Rosario joined ArchDaily as their Talent & Culture Manager. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Head of People Success at Destacame.cl.

Rosario San Martín Benard has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, which they obtained in 2009. In 2012, they completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Chile. Rosario then went on to complete an MSc in Human Resources and Organizations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2016. In 2019, they obtained the ICP-TAL certification from ICAgile and is a Student member of the CIPD. Rosario is currently enrolled in the Co-Active Training Institute's Coach Training Program, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
