Sarah Moffatt has extensive experience in internal communications and marketing. Sarah has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Their most recent position was at Destination NSW, where they served as the Associate Director of Internal Communications, responsible for driving employee engagement and organizational culture. Prior to that, they worked at PwC Australia as the DigiTech Communications Lead, overseeing communications for change management and digital transformation programs. Sarah also has experience at Westpac Group as a Communications Manager, focusing on business transformation and financial crime conduct. Additionally, Sarah has worked in the education sector and agri-food industry, leading marketing and communications efforts. Their experience spans across different sectors and they have a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and initiatives.
Sarah Moffatt earned a Diploma in Internal Communications from CIPR Qualifications in 2013-2014. Sarah also completed a course in Internal Communications Black Belt: Measurement at Gartner in 2017. In 2006-2007, Sarah obtained a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, and in 2004-2005, they received a Certificate in Professional Marketing from the same institution. Additionally, Sarah Moffatt holds certifications in Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change from Prosci (obtained in 2023), Professional Storytelling from the University of Newcastle (obtained in 2019), and Communication Strategies Course for Becoming an Inspiring Leader from the Centre for Continuing Education (obtained in 2019).
