Aaron Davis

Aaron Davis is currently the Director of Employee & Community Engagement at Destination Pet, LLC, where Aaron leads various initiatives to ensure a strong company culture. Aaron also works as the Pathways Program Director at blendvet™, coordinating a youth pathways immersion program. Previously, Aaron founded the Veterinary Mutual Aid Collective to support veterinary professionals during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Aaron has also held roles such as Hospital Administrator at Heart of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital and CEO/Founder of RVT Staffing Solutions. Aaron's experience includes managing teams, overseeing operations, and implementing various programs to improve patient care and team efficiency in the veterinary field.
