Paul Rengering Rph

Paul Rengering, RPh, has an extensive work experience in the pharmacy and healthcare industry. Paul started their career at Walgreens in 1990 as a Staff Pharmacist and worked their way up to becoming a District Manager, overseeing 40 pharmacy and retail locations. During this time, they achieved eight consecutive years of positive sales growth and 10 years of pharmacy volume gains. In 2004, Paul was promoted to the role of Director of Pharmacy & Retail Operations at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where they guided 109 stores, hospital, and specialty pharmacies with 2.1K employees and $800M sales revenue. Paul then joined ReCept Pharmacy in 2017 as the Regional Director of Operations for the Southeast United States and other regions. In 2019, Paul became the Director of Sourcing and Merchandising at Southern Veterinary Partners, where they provided leadership for vendor strategy and cross-functional teams on value-generating strategic programs. Currently, Paul is serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sourcing at Destination Pet, LLC since 2022.

Paul Rengering, RPh, completed their secondary education at Roger Bacon High School from 1981 to 1985. Afterward, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Registered Pharmacist from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
