Glenn N.

Glenn N. is the Founder and CEO of Beacon, a customer support center in Madagascar specializing in the hospitality industry, which Glenn started in April 2023. In addition, Glenn serves as an Advisor and Area General Manager for Outpost, responsible for the P&L of multiple hotels and co-working spaces in Bali and Sri Lanka since October 2023. Previously, as Director of Guest Experience at HUSWELL, Glenn focused on optimizing vacation rental management and enhancing guest experiences from March 2023 to April 2024. Glenn also held various general manager roles at Outpost from May 2022 to February 2023 and was involved in operations and management at CASPER kitchens, Jumpsquare Group, BAVET, and Accor between 2014 and 2022. Glenn holds a certificate in Digital Transformation from Vlerick Business School, completed in 2020.
