Erin Grenier, SPHR® MBA, is an accomplished human resources professional with significant experience leading people and culture initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People & Culture at Ruby's Place and as a Human Resources Consultant at Destiny Arts Center, Erin's prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Development at The Greenlining Institute, Director of HR & Talent at JVS - San Francisco, and Site Director at Year Up. Erin has a proven track record of enhancing employee engagement, promoting diversity, and implementing strategic recruitment processes. With an MBA in Finance from Mills College and a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Wheaton College, Erin combines educational excellence with a commitment to fostering inclusive and equitable workplaces.
