Osama Khader has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Osama is currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer at Tatweer Educational Technologies, a position they assumed in May 2023. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Senior Director at the same company starting from December 2020.

Before joining Tatweer, Osama worked at Detecon Al Saudia Company Limited, where they served as the Vice President for Connectivity and Digital Technologies. In this role, they excelled in increasing revenue and supporting sales activities while fostering strong relationships with employees. Osama joined Detecon in December 2017 and their tenure there lasted until the present.

Earlier in their career, Osama held various leadership positions at NavLink, an AT&T affiliated company. From February 2005 to November 2017, they worked as the Vice President, leading the expansion of NavLink and establishing strategic partnerships with telecom operators. Additionally, they served in the capacity of Country Manager at NavLink, overseeing the Aramco business relation and managing overall Saudi operations from January 2005 to October 2010.

Osama's work experience also includes a four-year tenure as a Regional Manager at Kahmas group from 2001 to 2005 and a two-year role as a Product Manager at Electronic Concept from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they held the position of Account Manager and Sales Manager at Topaz Electronics, Al Raed Al Arabi, and Tantash Group from February 1994 to September 2000. Osama also worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Al Raed Al Arabi during the same period.

Osama Khader earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they studied Electrical and Communications Engineering at Aligarh Muslim University.
