Melih Balaban

Melih Balaban is an experienced SAP PS Consultant currently working at Detaysoft since January 2023. Prior to this role, Melih served at Beyçelik Gestamp for nearly nine years, holding various positions including Cost Engineering Unit Leader, where responsibilities included estimating manufacturing costs and ensuring transparency in product costing. As ERP Financial Process Leader, Melih contributed to the Beyçelik Gestamp Romania SAP S/4 Hana Roll-Out Project by setting and maintaining standards and providing live support across various modules. Additional roles at Beyçelik Gestamp included SAP Key User (PS), Tooling Project Specialist, Tooling Production Chief, Die Assembly & MAP Engineer, and Hot Stamping Production Engineer, each focusing on process improvement, cost estimation, and the implementation of new technologies. Melih holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Uludag University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Opolska.
