Tomer Gafner

Tomer Gafner has over 10 years of work experience. Tomer began their career in 2010 as a Software Engineer at Top-Q. In 2012, they moved to adMarketplace as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2013, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Senior Software Developer. In 2015, they became a Deep Learning Scientist at Butterfly Network, Inc. and currently holds the position of Head of Software at Detect.

Tomer Gafner obtained a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Baruch College between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Software Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2009. Tomer also holds various certifications, including Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera obtained in 2018, Machine Learning from Coursera obtained in 2017, Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach from Coursera Course Certificates obtained in 2015, and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer and Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL 5 Developer from Oracle.
