Shalini Sachan has held several roles in the technology industry since 2011. Shalini began their career as an Account Manager - MicroStrategy at Scalable Systems in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Adobe as an Account Manager- Inside Sales. In 2018, they joined Oracle as a Principal AM -Oracle Linux, Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure, where they were responsible for customer segmentation, maintaining ongoing relationships with customers, and implementing success programs. In 2019, they assumed the role of Director - Customer Engagement & Success at Detox Technologies.

Shalini Sachan holds a Bachelor's degree in English (Hons.) from Delhi University, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & International Business from CBS New Delhi. Shalini also holds two certifications from Lynda.com, Cloud Architecture: Core Concepts and Cloud Architecture: Design Decisions, both obtained in January 2019.
