Marge Laruffa

Marge LaRuffa has a diverse work experience, starting in 1987 with Amerisure Mutual Insurance as a Regional Human Resources Manager. Marge then became the Division Human Resources Manager before moving on to become the Director of Human Resources at the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. At Amerisure, they were rehired as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, where they focused on talent acquisition and development. Marge also worked at Planetree as a Sr. Field Operations Specialist and at MLR Consulting as an Independent Consultant. Marge ended their career at The Detroit Institute for Children, where they held various roles, including Director of Operations and Human Resources, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer before retiring in 2015.
