Jessica Worley

Jessica Worley has a diverse work experience in the field of research and planning. Jessica most recently worked at the Detroit Regional Partnership, starting in October 2019 as a Research Manager and then being promoted to Senior Research Manager in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Macomb County Department of Planning & Economic Development as a Data/GIS Specialist from August 2016 to October 2019. Jessica also gained experience as an Urban Planning Intern at the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission from May 2015 to August 2015, where they collected and analyzed regional traffic count data and contributed to transportation and development plans. In addition, they worked as a Spatial Data Intern at the Three Valley Conservation Trust from May 2014 to September 2014, focusing on GIS field work and automating reports and maps.

Jessica Worley attended Valley View High School from 2009 to 2012, earning a high school diploma. Jessica then enrolled at Miami University, where they earned a Bachelor's of Art & Science degree in Geography, Urban Planning, and GIS from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, Jessica also studied abroad at Universidad de Granada for a brief period. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Geographic Information Systems from Miami University in May 2015.
