Quality Engineer at Detroit Thermal Systems

Deborah Adams has extensive experience in quality engineering and supplier quality engineering in the automotive industry. Deborah started their career at Johnson Controls as an Advanced Quality Engineer in 1999. Deborah then worked at ArvinMeritor as a Senior Quality Engineer from 2001 to 2003. Deborah joined Behr America Inc. as a Supplier Quality Engineer in 2003, where they trained global suppliers and conducted internal audits for TS-16949 requirements. After leaving Behr in 2009, they worked at Dana Holding Corporation as a Quality Engineer, providing support for quality processes and introducing LPA audits. Deborah then worked at BHTC as a Quality Engineer from 2011 to 2012, before joining General Motors as a Supplier Quality Engineer in 2013. Deborah also worked at General Motors as a Supplier Quality Engineer/SQE Trainer/Supplier Readiness from 2013 to 2014. Deborah continued their career as a Supplier Quality Engineer at WEBASTO-EDSCHA CABRIO from 2014 to 2016 and is currently working as a Quality Engineer at Detroit Thermal Systems, LLC.

Deborah Adams began their education in 1995 at Schoolcraft College, where they pursued a degree in Quality Management. Deborah completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Quality Management in 1998. Later, they joined Rochester University in 2010 to study Business and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in the same year. Following this, Adams attended Schoolcraft College again from 2011 to 2014 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies.
