Nicolai Oshkaloff

Nicolai Oshkaloff is currently the Executive Chef at DETROIT YACHT CLUB. Nicolai has previously worked as the Executive Sous Chef for Andiamo Restaurant Group from April 2017 to December 2017, and as the Executive Chef at Tam O Shanter Country Club from June 2011 to February 2017. Nicolai has experience in a wide range of cuisines, and is known for their creative flair and attention to detail. Nicolai is passionate about creating innovative and delicious dishes that delight their customers.

Nicolai Oshkaloff has an associate's degree in culinary arts from Macomb Community College.
