Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Project & Product Management team in Athens or Thessaloniki. In this role, you will oversee projects that develop next-generation AI solutions in Food, Nutrition and Health and will support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

What your daily life will look like:

• Communicate with stakeholders both internal and external by providing regular project updates, manage expectations and ensure that all involved parties are informed about the project’s progress.

• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and experts, including bioinformaticians, data scientists, software engineers and marketers to define project scope and ensure that different components of the project are well organized, coordinated and communicated.

• Manage project’s timelines, resource allocation and ensure that milestones and deadlines are successfully met.

• Assist in collecting and analyzing user/client’s feedback and other data analytics to drive iterative project improvements.

• Maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes and well-defined plans.

• Monitor and constantly improve projects’ processes and communication rituals for more efficiency.

What your strengths are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field; Master is a plus, but not required.

• Proven project management experience (2+ year) in a technology-driven environment

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2); certifications are a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

• Strong passion for learning, continuous improvement, technology, and innovation

• Results-driven mindset

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and/or bioinformatics projects will be a plus

• Excellent oral and written skills in Greek & English
