Christine Gramshammer

Christine Gramshammer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for the South Germany region and DB Fernverkehr at Deutsche Bahn since September 2017. Previously, Christine was the Head of Talent Acquisition for South Germany at Deutsche Bahn and held key roles at Siemens, where responsibilities included the definition and implementation of recruiting standards and the management of high-level placement services. Earlier experience includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at Jack Russell Consulting, as well as research roles at Heidrick & Struggles and Manager Lounge AG. Christine holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and a Magister Artium in political science, Spanish, and media law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität.
