Kaitlyn Allison

Kaitlyn Allison is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Synapse ITS, where oversight includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development across multiple brands dedicated to transportation technology.
