Joachim Schneider

Joachim Schneider is an accomplished professional in the aviation and transportation industries, currently serving as SVP Customer Experience and Product Management at Deutsche Bahn since December 2016. With a robust background at Lufthansa from 2004 to 2016, Joachim held several senior roles including VP Group Flight Operations Standards & Projects and VP Product Management. Prior to this, Joachim worked at Lufthansa Technik AG, where notable positions included VP Engineering, Completion Center. Academic credentials include a doctorate in Aerodynamics from Technische Universität Darmstadt, along with a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau and executive education from IMD and London Business School.
