Lisa Lippert

Lisa Lippert is an experienced HR IT professional currently serving as the HR IT Manager for Core Systems at Deutsche Bahn since June 2023, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud and SAP BO MIP. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Mercedes-Benz Group Services Berlin as an HR Specialist and HR IT Manager, responsible for managing IT incidents, product requirements, and system roles for recruiting systems from February 2022 to June 2023. Lisa's career also includes a role as a Senior Associate in HR at nu3, where communication and project management were emphasized, and earlier experience in international customer care at PRODANSE, as well as a student researcher at Freie Universität Berlin. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Business Administration from Freie Universität Berlin, completed in 2012.
