Manuel Lianos

Manuel Lianos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic consulting, and communication within the technology and rail sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Europe's Rail Program and Head of Standardization and Committee Management at Deutsche Bahn since September 2019, Lianos oversees cooperative public-funded projects aimed at advancing digital rail operations. Previously, Lianos held positions at NXP Semiconductors, focusing on technology partnerships and public co-creation, and at LNE Group, leading European consulting teams and driving business development initiatives related to government funding. Early career roles included communication and editorial positions, supporting large public reception initiatives.
