Rodi Aloji

Rodi Aloji is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment and consulting, currently serving as the Recruiting Manager for Global Executive Search at Deutsche Bahn since April 2021. Prior experience includes completing an Executive Coaching Certification at COATRAIN® coaching & personal training GmbH and working as a Senior Associate Consultant at Kienbaum from February 2018 to January 2020. Rodi also held the position of Management Consultant from January 2012 to February 2018 and worked as a Research Consultant at von Rundstedt between February 2014 and March 2016. Rodi Aloji holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Law from Universität Hamburg, The University of Freiburg, and the University of Regensburg.
