Catherine Cape is an experienced learning and development professional with a robust background in talent management across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Head of Learning at Deutsche Bank since November 2011, Catherine oversees the Global Core Curriculum and Learning Enablement initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Talent & Development at The NEC Group and Development Manager at Siemens Enterprise Communications, where Catherine was responsible for delivering learning solutions and executive coaching. Previous experience also includes significant roles in learning and development at HSBC, Blockbuster, and General Accident Property Services, complemented by consulting work for various clients. Catherine holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioral Change and a Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, along with a degree from De Montfort University.
