Kevin Dooley

Kevin Dooley is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer currently serving at Q² Solutions since November 2018. Previously, Kevin has held various leadership roles at Deutsche Bank since September 1999, including responsibilities as Head of HR for Jacksonville, Florida, and Cary, North Carolina, as well as positions focused on internal communications and employee engagement. Prior experience includes HR Generalist at Colgate Palmolive from 1997 to 1999 and a role in human resources at PepsiCo from 1996 to 1997. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology, along with completing the DB Director Acceleration Program at London Business School in 2016.
