María León Allué

Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and a teaching position at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where Mariana taught applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
