Mehmet Caglayan

Mehmet Caglayan has held various leadership roles at Deutsche Bank since July 2001, currently serving as the Head of CEE Corporate Banking Cash Technology, overseeing operations in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Turkiye. Caglayan previously acted as CIO Turkiye and Regional Head of Emerging Markets IT MEA, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the region's global technology initiatives. Mehmet also led the Global Technology Business Solutions team for Turkey and Israel, managing project management, business analysis, and application development for banking and brokerage platforms. Earlier in their career, Caglayan worked at İktisat Bankası as a Business Analyst and product developer in Retail Banking. Caglayan holds a Master's Degree in Financial Markets from the Institute of Banking and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics.
