Paula Cope

Paula Cope is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and development processes across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director at Deutsche Bank since October 2017, Paula specializes in Production Transformation, Governance, and DevOps Transition, focusing on identifying and resolving issues throughout the software development life cycle while mentoring teams. Prior roles include Global Head of QA at TP ICAP, where Paula managed the transition to Agile and oversaw various capacities, and QA Manager & Continuous Delivery Program Lead at Sage, leading teams in ERP systems across Europe.
