Rafael Pereira

Rafael Pereira is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank since May 2024, Rafael previously held significant positions including Head of SPAC at Crescera Capital and Chief Financial Officer of Crescera Capital Acquisition Corp., where leadership contributed to the firm's Nasdaq listing. Prior to these roles, Rafael served as Managing Director and Partner at Seneca Evercore and spent six years at Greenhill & Co. in various senior positions. Early career experience includes six years at Goldman Sachs in roles ranging from Analyst to Vice President, as well as an Analyst position at Credit Suisse. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, earned between 2002 and 2005.
