Raily Tissera

Raily Tissera currently serves as the Regional Head of HR for Corporate Bank APAC at Deutsche Bank, a position held since October 2008, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders to drive the HR agenda across 14 countries in the region. Previously, Raily was the Vice President and Head of Human Resources for non-hub countries at Deutsche Bank, providing strategic HR direction and addressing organizational development issues. Prior experience at Commercial Bank of Ceylon Ltd included roles as Executive Officer and Junior Executive in HR. Raily holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management in Sri Lanka and professional qualifications in Human Resource Management from IPM Sri Lanka and the International Public Management Association for Human Resources.
