Tanavpreet L. currently serves as the Regional HR Head for the Corporate Bank in the Americas at Deutsche Bank since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tanavpreet was with DWS Group from July 2019 to August 2023 as the Global Head of Leadership Development and EMEA Talent Development Lead, along with serving as a Senior HR Business Partner. Tanavpreet also held key positions at Deutsche Bank, including Global Head of Internal Mobility and Regional Head of Internal Mobility for APAC. Previous experiences include roles as Learning and Development Director at Bank of Singapore and Practice Head for Talent & Engagement at Aon. Tanavpreet began the career as an Assistant Manager in HR at HCL Technologies and later served as HR Manager at Essar. Educational background includes an MBA from the University of Houston and a degree from Delhi University.
