Florian Pfleiderer

Florian Pfleiderer has extensive work experience in various industries. Florian is currently serving as the Head of Strategy Post-Trade and Director at Deutsche Börse. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held several roles including Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, Associate, and Business Analyst. During their time at McKinsey, Florian was involved in projects related to retail banking, European banks, wealth management, and client coverage model development. Before joining McKinsey, Florian worked as a Trainee at Deloitte Luxembourg. Florian also served as a Research Assistant at ETH Zurich and completed internships at ArcelorMittal and DuPont.

Florian Pfleiderer began their education at the Friedrich-Ebert Gymnasium Bonn from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they attended Athénée du Luxembourg from 2006 to 2010 where they obtained a General Certificate of Secondary Education in the Section Scientifique. Florian then pursued their higher education at ETH Zürich, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2015, they continued their studies at ETH Zürich and earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
