Juergen Otto

Juergen Otto is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive VP of Core Infrastructure Services at Deutsche Börse since January 2019, specializing in IT strategy, business alignment, and program management. With a notable career spanning over three decades, Juergen held leadership positions including CIO and Geschäftsführer at Postcon Deutschland, Partner at Senacor Technologies, and Principal at Arthur D. Little, focusing on areas such as outsourcing, turnaround management, and process optimization. Prior roles include directorial positions at T-Systems International and Vice President of Billing Operations at Deutsche Telekom, where Juergen emphasized cost-cutting and operational excellence. Juergen’s academic background includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Nachrichtentechnik from FH Dieburg. Currently, Juergen is on an individual sabbatical since March 2024.
