Carolin Berens

Carolin Berens has a diverse work experience in the fields of HR, learning and development, and organizational development. Carolin is currently employed at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH as the Manager Personal - HR & Transformation since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lutheran Services Australia as a Learning & Organizational Development professional from September 2019 to June 2023. Their previous role was at Takko Fashion, where they served as an Expert in Learning & Development from January 2018 to August 2019. Before that, Carolin had an internship at KPMG in Learning & Development from June 2017 to November 2017. Carolin began their career at buw company group, where they held the position of Expert in Human Resources Development from January 2014 to December 2016. Additionally, they completed a Dual Degree in Business Administration from September 2011 to March 2015 within the same company.

Carolin Berens completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre at FH Münster from 2011 to 2015. After that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2015 to 2018.
