Piero Irrera

Piero Irrera has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Piero most recently worked at Deutsche GigaNetz GmbH as the SVP Wholesale and previously as the Director Central Region. Before that, they founded CONNECTO Consulting, where they provided consulting services to telecom operators, software companies, start-ups, and international organizations. Piero also worked as a Partner at Cambridge Management Consulting, focusing on business development and regional projects. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Senior Strategy Consultant at GSMA, Director at Vodafone, Chairman Service Workstream at i3forum, Director at Arcor, Head of International Fixed-line Business, Manager of International Fixed-line Telephony at ARCOR, and Contract Specialist at Mannesmann Arcor. Piero began their career as a Bank Clerk at Sparkasse Rastatt-Gernsbach.

Piero Irrera obtained a Master's Degree in Business Studies, specializing in International Business Management and Marketing, from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in 1994-1995. Piero also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Studies, specializing in International Management, from the University of Applied Sciences Rheinland-Pfalz from 1991-1996. In addition, they studied Business Management Studies at Universidad Austral de Chile in 1993-1994. Piero Irrera further obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management and Marketing from iaelyon School of Management in 1994-1995. Piero also holds the certification of Certified Senior Project Manager GPM & IPMA, awarded by the IPMA: International Project Management Association in 2018.
