Hicham Rustom

Hicham Rustom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hicham began their career as an External Auditor at RSM Albazie Kuwait in 2004, before moving on to HUMANSOFT Holding in 2005 as a Semi-Senior Internal Auditor. Hicham then joined Abdul Latif Jameel, where they held various positions including Semi Senior Auditor, Senior Auditor, Lead Auditor, Audit Manager, and Risk Manager - International Operations. Hicham'smost recent role was at Deutsche Hospitality as the Director Internal Audit beginning in 2023.

Hicham Rustom obtained an Executive MBA from IE Business School in the year 2021. Hicham also participated in the "An Innovation Sprint to Launch Your First Business" program at ESMT Berlin in 2020 as part of the EMBA Global Network Week. In 2004, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business studies with an Accounting major at Lebanese American University. Additionally, Hicham has certifications including Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Hicham is also a Certified TeamMate Champion from Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions.
