Dorota Kwiatkowska

Dorota Kwiatkowska has extensive experience in business intelligence and project management, currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence and Shared Data Services at DP DHL since September 2011. In this role, Dorota is a key partner in understanding and managing business requirements, overseeing financial management, and ensuring consistency in project deliverables. Previous positions include Quality Partner at Tieto and IS Project Manager at DHL Express (Poland), where Dorota managed senior-level projects and multiple initiatives annually. Dorota holds a Zertifikat in ProjektPROFI from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and a Master's degree in Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
