Melina Evers

Melina Evers currently serves as Vice President Global HR Business Partner Finance & HR Services at Deutsche Post und DHL since February 2022. Previously, Melina held roles at Eaton as Head of HR Germany and Labour Relations Manager for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, and also as Head of HR for the Sales Organization & Supply Chain in the Electrical Sector. Prior to that, Melina worked at DHL Supply Chain as Human Resources Director and Manager, and at DHL Home Delivery GmbH as Human Resources Manager. Melina's career began in recruitment with IMTEF Service GmbH and time power (later acquired by Randstad). Melina's educational background includes a law diploma from the University of Cologne, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Ruhr University Bochum, a mediation certificate from Fachhochschule Darmstadt, and qualifications in personnel management and health & safety.
