Katrin Spangenberg

Katrin Spangenberg has extensive work experience in sales and marketing. Katrin started their career in 2001 as an Account Manager at Staufenbiel Institut GmbH, where they worked until 2003. Katrin then joined news aktuell GmbH as an Account Manager until 2006. From 2006 to 2013, Katrin worked at dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur GmbH and its subsidiary Global Media Services GmbH, holding various roles including Senior Sales Manager and Deputy Director. In 2013, they became Head of Regional Sales for dpa Business West and dpa Insight EU International. Most recently, Katrin served as the Deputy Director of dpa International Sales at dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur GmbH.

Katrin Spangenberg completed their education in the field of Law. Katrin first attended Kiel University from 1991 to 1995, where they received a degree as a Diplom-Juristin. Following this, they pursued further studies at UCT University of Cape Town from 1996 to 1997, obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Trade Law. Additionally, they engaged in practical training in judicial and other legal work, earning a Diploma of Law from the University of Kiel from 1997 to 2001.
