Kirsten Heinrichs

Kirsten Heinrichs has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kirsten currently works as the Head of Human Resources and Inhouse-Lawyer at dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur GmbH. Prior to that, they served as the Personalleiterin and Syndikusrechtsanwältin at the zweitgrößter kommunaler Wasserver-, Entsorgungs- Energieversorgungskonzern Deutschlands from 2015 to 2020. Kirsten also worked as the Personalleiterin and Syndikusrechtsanwältin at the Internationaler Marktführer der Getränkeindustrie from 2012 to 2015. Kirsten Heinrichs has also held the position of Geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin at LSH ViToSo GmbH from 2009 to 2015. Kirsten has experience in the field of Human Resources and Law as the Manager Human Resources Central Europe and In-House Lawyer at a leading global logistics company from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as the Leiterin Personalbereich Arbeitsrecht, Grundsatzfragen, Gremienarbeit, Soziales at a Versicherungskonzern from 2004 to 2010.

Kirsten Heinrichs completed their education at several institutions. Kirsten attended the University of Münster from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Rechtswissenschaften, specifically a 1. Staatsexamen and a Dipl. iur. Kirsten then moved on to Landgericht Bochum from 2001 to 2003, where they completed the 2. Staatsexamen and became a Volljuristin, Ass. iur. Additionally, they studied at SWA Steuer- und Wirtschaftsakademie from 2003 to 2004, focusing on Wirtschaftsrecht and specializing in Arbeits- und Steuerrecht as part of their Fachanwaltsausbildungen.
